2010 370Z Testing In German

by Tim Joseph
Folks it doesn't get any better than this. We'll, that is unless you have a spare $70,000 lying around. This is a spy photo of the new 370Z that is slated to debut at the 2008 Los Angeles Auto Show which starts November 21, 2008. To me, the new 370Z is more of a throwback to the original Dotson 240Z and even the later Nissan Z cars than the 350Z. It appears to have a straighter front end and hatchback. The fender flares give it a distinctly aggressive look that the 350Z lacks. We're told it will have a 300+ HP 3.7-Liter V6 which is bigger than the 3.5-Liters we get with the 350Z. You'll also want to take notice of the new boomerang style headlights which Nissan has on the all new 2009 Maxima. The tail lights have similar styling.

There has been some comparison between the 370Z and the Porsche Cayman. I have seen both side by side and have to say that while the Germans have designed a beautiful car in the Cayman, it is not as aggressive looking as the Z. We'll see how they compare on the track.
If you've never driven a Z car, the time is now! Call Dick Scott Nissan at (734) 495-1000 to schedule your test drive today.
