Dick Scott’s Indian Motorcycle Detroit Grand Opening event was held on Saturday, June 27th, 2009. We would like to extend our Thanks to all of those who helped make this event such a success.
A Big “Thank You!” to The Indian Riders Group, Specifically Roger & Cheryl Cook, Dennis Bozung, Brian Graham, Tom Pellerito, and Randal Nelson. Thank you all so much for all your help this weekend! A very special “Thank You!” to Berland and Jaci Sullivan for allowing us to showcase their Beautiful 1939 Indian Motorcycle in our showroom for the weekend.
We are also so thankful to all of the great vendors that came out for our event and made it such a fun afternoon! So many people came for the Motorcycles and stayed for the fun and great live music from “Eddie Cooper and The Exit” and “The High Strung”. Both put on fantastic shows for everyone! WRIF, WYCD and The Ticket rounded out the excitement with ticket give-a-ways and chance for guests to meet some of their stations radio personalities.
The Indian Motorcycle Demo Truck was there to give demo rides all afternoon. Over 75 People took advantage of a chance to go on a demo ride and experience “The Legend” first hand! We are very excited to have had so many people come out for this event, we had a great time and hope all of you did too!
