assistance. Center offers 7 units, with 10 beds available to accomodate
individuals and families.
Eligibility:City
of Detroit residents experiencing an interruption in DTE Energy gas or
electric service disruption that is due to circumstances other than the
household's failure to pay for electric services. If a landlord is the
utility customer and does not pay for services which results in
disruption of services to tenants, the affected tenants are considered
eligible.
