Dick Scott Motor Mall has immediate openings available for New and Used Automotive Sales Professionals. Candidates must possess strong communication skills. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we will train the ideal candidates.
Automotive sales professionals are responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position requires prospecting, selling and follow-up.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Ability to demonstrate each vehicle in product line (including test drives)
• Delivery of vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork.
• Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work hands-on with every customer
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred
• Must have minimum 2 years previous SALES experience
• Ability to read & comprehend instructions and information
