Office Clerk Job Opening
JOB DESCRIPTION:Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is currently seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organized office clerk (exp. w/ Costing, Billing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Switchboard, Secretary of State). Previous dealership experience is REQUIRED for this position. No phone calls regarding this position will be accepted.
This position requires a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, computer knowledge, strong organizational and people skills. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred. Punctuality and reliability are a must for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cost out all new & used vehicle deals in a timely manner
Billing
Accounts Payables/Receivables
Reconciliation of new & used vehicle schedules
Filing
Preparation of state paperwork
Back-up receptionist on multi-line switchboard
Clerical duties as necessary
Other duties as needed

Computer skills are necessary. A successful candidate will be highly organized with an eye for detail.
